Well I have worked over 30 years in the truck and trailer repair business and I would rather be the shop Forman now that god has bless me with and JB hunt don't care about their employees only their numbers and I now work as a shop Forman in training and it's a true blessing and Robin you need to find a mom and pop company to work for where you are REALLY appreciated for what you do and less stress and I don't make the money I used to but I'm home early every day and I spend more time with wife and kid's and god and you can't put a price on that..
