Had a great experience with “Michelle” she was very friendly and took time with my nails which I was having done for my daughters wedding. Very, very seldom have I had my nails done and am thankful for a great and friendly experience.

Went and got a dip powder French manicure. Despite having great experiences getting the same thing done other places, they ended up with white marbling in the, what was supposed to be, pink base. Nail tech neglected to tell me that would happen, despite showing him a reference picture of what I wanted. Tried to ask them to redo free of charge or just refund me, as there was red glitter stuck in the nails and slightly uneven as well. Refused to redo them free of charge or refund me. Really disappointed since I know many people who have had a great experience :/

I’m extremely disappointed in my service today. After not going for months i decided to give them another chance because everyone says that they’re the best. I got French tips done because these nails were supposed to be for my senior pictures, and the clear part isn’t even clear because all of the powder wasn’t cleaned off of my nail before the clear coat was added. The tech said it was “supposed” to look like that and if that’s the case i don’t even know why they would offer French tips with the dip, not to mention i was charged extra because it was a French tip design instead of a whole color. He said the only option I had was to take it off and pay for another manicure. I will definitely not be going back. The woman next to me getting her nails done even told them that they shouldn't look like this. The worst part is that I actually liked the nail tech a lot and he was very nice I just don’t agree with a business that doesn’t take responsibility for doing a poor job, they just make excuses so they can get paid which is exactly what happened the last time i had an issue with the job done.
