I have gotten 3 cars from them (not by choice) they are good with working with you about payments and parts BUT they don't properly inspect the cars, they don't tell you of any issues, and the warranty they offer is limited. I am paying over $500/mo for the current car note PLUS hundreds of dollars for mechanical repairs that they're warranty doesn't cover....or so they say. You have to take the car to a shop for it to be diagnosed BEFORE carmart will even check if the issue is covered then pay another fee IF it's covered and they take it to their shop. This is the WORST experience I have ever had and I do NOT recommend them to anyone.

Before you choose this car company, consider the fact that although you let them know what's going on ahead of time. Be mindful, You have 7 days and 500 miles.yet you call them after day number two, you still want properly get your vehicle fixed all the five star ratings that you see is because they were happy to drive off the lot with their vehicle and they didn't expect what was going to come afterwards. when I tell you I am completely shocked spending $2,700 to drive off thinking that I was going to be okay and have a dependable vehicle. All they can tell me is they can't do anything about something that was already messed up before I bought the car. That's detrimental to anybody's health or mind frame. I wouldn't waste my time buying from this car company. I had to remind Jared that sold me the car that I called ahead of time because waiting 2 weeks for the mechanic to come back in off of vacation. He was about to leave me totally out of there and all I was doing was taking their word for it. Do not buy from this company you are better off buying from an independent buyer if you going to buy a car that you have to work on yourself or take to independent mechanic. They try to sell you their contract because they know the cars are already f***** up and they're going to need work so all you going to end up doing is paying them to fix a car that you're buying for them do not I repeat do not buy from Carmart in Nacogdoches Texas.
