They will call and let you know of any issues they find with your vehicle. You are not under any obligation to have them fix it. Its great that they call instead of just fixing things and surprising you with the bill like some local shops do...
If the inspection didn't include the braking system they wouldn't have given you any information about brakes.
Take your bill to the mngr and ask! He is really a great guy. Tell Him you really need help with this.
