Andrew did an Andrew did an amazing job helping me rehab my knee after a meniscus/patella surgery. My case was difficult due to the long amount of time I spent on crutches pre-surgery. We had a difficult time getting the knee to flex in the first 3 weeks of PT. When I expressed my frustration, and my desire to push harder, instead of getting offended or frustrated Andrew agreed and we ratcheted up the aggressiveness of my treatment. Within a few weeks we were seeing serious progress and he kept pushing until we achieved the results we were striving for. Over the several months I went to KIME Andrew never settled for status quo, and always pushed me with new treatments and exercises in an effort to increase my knee flexion. Today, I am back to about 95% of normal thanks to Andrew and the crew at KIME physical therapy. I found everyone at KIME to have a positive attitude, from the receptionist to the student physical therapists, and the senior therapists. Physical therapists were great (though I have no point of reference as they’re the first I’ve ever seen) but terrible business practices. Undercharged copays for resulting in a $125 bill after visiting for months. Mis-coded visits resulting in insurance covering different amounts for the same services. Unreturned phone calls by billing department multiple times. Received a bill 8 months after last visit. Their response? Fault due to insurance and 3rd party contractors - you are who you roll with.

It's clean but it's shared with a packed gym. Some of us are trying to heal and not be judged. Was very uncomfortable the whole time. Exercises were not very effective, with gas costing me $60 a trip, I need to do more than just simple exercises I can do myself at home for free. A swimming pool with no trainer offered me more effective therapy than I got here. Just very frustrated and disappointed that this wasn't the recovery boost I needed. To the their credit the staff are very polite and professional.
