Your response to my first post is ridiculous. You or your employees were the ones who left debris and bubbles almost right in the middle of the rear window, not me. Your employee told me if it didnt clear that you would redo the window.Well I let you do it again only to have more then 25 bubbles mostly around defrost lines. Then you tell me hondas and fords have issues around the defrost lines even though the first istall didn’t have that issue. At no point did I tell you that I didn’t care if the lines don’t work. Thats a ridiculous statement. I asked you what the process was to clean the window you said you would be as gentle as possible and told me your method. I gave the window more then a week and more bubbles appeared. How is this my fault. Now there are 2 sections on the window that the defrost lines do not work. One at the top right hand side and a section on the left hand side near the middle of the window after you had my car for 2 days.The point comes down to this, if the job was done right the first time I would have never had to return. And yes you did damage the lines and again at no point did I say I was ok with that and I just wanted the tint perfect. Now im stuck with a rear window that almost a third of the defrost lines dont work. Here’s some pics if you dont believe me.
