My appointment was for 11:00 I checked in at 08:00 got a door at 09:00 my whole trailer was loaded at 09:30 staff was excellent don’t know why there is any bad reviews and there were signs posted for no overnight parking but when I got there there were a few trucks that had parked overnight so it’s not enforced

Staff is always very friendly and helpful when I go there to deliver or pick up. Scheduling is done well so there's not too many trucks at one time. It's usually a quick turn.
