Terrible place to work. Bad management. Bad communication. Bad HR. The poor work ethic of bad employees is simply ignored while good employees are run into the ground. Other operators are allowed to refuse to work overtime, week after week, which means it's the same people being dragged in for overtime. Other operators are also allowed to refuse to run certain machines or a certain amount of machines, which means it's the same people running difficult or multiple machines. Certain shifts are also held to different standards than others. Majority of operators do not care about the quality of their work and majority of the higher ups don't care enough to hold any of them to a standard. There is NO accountability, which means that even if you do your best and have high standards, no one will notice. And if you try to tell the higher ups about real issues (i.e. issues causing the plant to lose money) they will ignore you. The ONLY thing that made me stay as long as I did was being on 3rd shift. That is the only shift that has good supervisors, a decent group of workers, and any accountability. The place has had severe turnover lately and I don't see them recovering. I imagine they'll just keep all their terrible, lazy workers and give them raises, and keep driving out the good ones. Oh, and the only reason they have decent reviews is because they started paying employees to leave good reviews.👍🏼 I am relieved I can move on from this place.

Parkway products is a joke they are completely under staffed due to the unwillingness of the 2nd shift supervisor to do any work or talk to employees with respect on multiple documented occasions this supervisor has screamed and cussed at employees while getting up in there face and threatening them casueing them to quit, management and hr refuses to do anything as ill probably be the only honest review you'll see as the company has started to pay people to leave good reviews in the last few months because there so understaffed they can barley keep it running
