Everyone was really nice and professional and efficient but to reach them to ask questions about skin care with Karen Garrett was impossible to get any response. I called at least three times and left messages for her to call me back she did reach out once and left a message but I could never get in touch with her. I also tried sending them emails from their website to contact me with no response. I never did get an answer to my question or resolve the issue. Poor customer service.

I WAS IN THE OFFICE ON A RAINY DAY WITH A WALKER, WHEN I LEFT THE SWEET RECEPTIONEST HELPED ME OUT TO MY CAR,PUT MY WALKER IN MY CAR AND WAS MOST COURTEOUS. I WAS OVERWHELMED BY HER KINDNESS.
