It’s a shame that I have to use this service. Coming from amazing internet at affordable prices. It’s obvious this company is rolling in large amounts of money with unchecked regulations. It’s so bad even their sales reps and customer service knows it’s awful.

I have only ever used Shentel as my internet provider. They are literally the best. I have had Shentel Flex for the past 6-ish years, within the past month, it was time for me to get a new modem, as the one I had was veerrryyy out-of-date, running slow & just overall didn't work like it should have. Their customer service makes everything SO simplistic, I upgraded my service, got a new modem & they came to install it within the next couple days. I have never had a bad experience. 10/10 always reccomend🤷

Very good internet it hardly ever goes out and when it does its brief the customer service staff have always been very helpful and friendly very caring as well especially in Covid times I'm very proud to have shentel as my internet provider!! 🌝😀

OUTAGES EVERY 10 MINUTES. THE -WORST- INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER OF ALL TIME. GO WITH XFINITY, THEY NOW SERVE THE AREA WITH MUCH BETTER CONNECTION. PUT THIS SCAM OUT OF BUSINESS. OVERPRICED.
