We had a wonderful ride on the VA Creeper Trail. The staff at the creeper Trail Bike Rental and Shuttle were very nice, efficient and informative. We will definitely be back!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. We were given a map and directed to some of the areas to stop. They were on-time leaving the shop and our rented bikes worked and fitted great. We were also given their phone number and a repair kit should something had happened on the trail. It would have been nice to pay and reserve online, but you have to call in for a reservation. The little town may not have internet access...

This shop is located in a good part of town with good parking. The staff were very friendly. They assisted with the initial reservation and made getting bikes set up so easy. The shuttle to the top station was included in our rental, so all we had to do was enjoy the bike ride down. It was all so worth it! We will definitely use the Creeper Trail Bike Rental again when we come back!

2 to 3 hrs is average for the 17 miles from Whitetop to Damascus , 5 to 6 hrs average for full 34 miles.

Weather permitting we will be open in November and we do rent tandem bikes. I would recommend checking local weather conditions and calling about a week in advance if possible to reserve.
$15.99 for adult transport and $10.99 for ages 12 and under, groups of 10 or more people receive a 10% group discount. reservations are always recommended in advance if possible.
Approximately half of the VCT runs through USFS property therefore e-bikes are not currently allowed on any portion of the trail.

Hi Debi we are actually open year round but by reservation only between December & April. We are only open this time of year when weather permits.

Yea about 2 it took us longer we stopped and eat and looked around it took us around 3 or so just depending on ho long u want to take
