We drove 4 hours to ride on the Virginia Creeper Trail. We pulled up to the Shuttle Shack around 12:30 and was told that they weren’t taking any more shuttles up for the rest of the day since they were “slow”. Even if their website says the welcome walk-ins, make reservations to in sure you get to go. Apparently they didn’t want our money so we went a spent it at the next bike shop in town.

Our experience and driver were awesome! We typically get a bit of motion sickness, but not this time. The conversation was pleasant and informative. We will be back!

We drove 2 hours to ride bikes and was on time. We had a great time. Thanks for everyone being on time. We would recommend Shuttle Shack for being on top of things
