Saw Dr Green. Explained my problem. He gave me a fecal test and set me up for a colonoscopy. He said I had a bacterial infection in my colon. Have me a prescription. NO FOLLOW UP. I called and asked for another appointment and was told they didn't have one for two months. After taking the strong antibiotic he suggested, the entire problem has come back. Very frustrating.

Racist lady was calling a man named Pedro and because I’m Hispanic she pointed at me and rudely stated “isn’t that you?” Male nurse afterwards was just plain rude as well.

Very unhelpful with the issues I’ve been experiencing after spending loads of money to have test done just for them to say “everything looks fine” while still having these issues the only thing they could offer me was to refer me out to someone else because to the “every thing looks fine”. Poor patient service, fails to call back in a timely manner.

Overall, not a good experience. Maybe I am the one with bad judgment here. I had two procedures done by Dr Mason, I will say what he done, he done well. However, why he done these procedures, I'll never know. I have the same problems. I felt like he never listened to me which is disappointing. Then he pawned me off to his assistant, Carrie Turner. Somehow she made me feel like some kind of low life. I'm sure she is a good person but I couldn't tell. I will say that everybody else that I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The anesthesiologist, Lance, that guy is as good as gold. I was referred to this place, I was desperate for relief and after they were done with me I am now disappointed and desperate for relief.
