One of the worst places I have done business with. If you want a bank that flags your purchases as suspicious and locks your card, this is the place for you. Then misses actual suspicious purchase, this is the place for you. Stuck in Disney right now with a locked card on a trip that I had called and informed them about the week before. Called both branches in town to get this resolved, no answer. What a surprise. They got one star because nothing lower is available.

You can do a skip a pay, but they only offer it at certain times...once around Dec Jan time frame and I'm not sure what the mid year times are. There is a $35 fee for it and there are a few other qualifications you must meet.
