I am only giving 2 stars because the office staff is always so friendly and welcoming. However my grandmother has been going to this cardiology office for 7 years. I have been taking her to her appointments myself for the last 2 years and I have yet to meet her Dr. She is having some issues now and trying to get a call back from this office is like pulling teeth. Three of my family members have gone to this cardiology office and it has been like this for every single one of them. I don't understand how people who are having heart issues can't even get a response back. If they are that overloaded with patients then they need to stop taking new patients.

My experience with Advanced Cardiology, specifically, Dr. Thomas Pritchard was excellent! I was treated with respect and dignity by the nurses and the doctor. Dr. Pritchard called me personally to give me the results of my tests and was so polite and encouraging as well as professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Pritchard to friends, family and others. I’m happy that at this time there is no reason for me to return as my heart is healthy but if I should need this type of medical help again I would certainly return here.
