We tried to shop local but this place does not ever seem to have any of the products we are after. Tried to purchase appliances here a number of times. This time we just wanted a simple top-freezer fridge with a light in the freezer. They didn't have a single one. So we went to Home Depot and bought a Frigidaire that did. They don't seem to carry any of the premium brands. Also they were not interested in providing service for an existing appliance when we called for help. Staff is always friendly but without product, we really can't form a good opinion.

I called them for something so simple and the first thing they want to do is charge $100 just to drive to the house. That was a red flag right there. I could imagine what my bill would be after the repair...they are too expensive! For that just buy a new washer and dryer.

Love this store. The customer service is outstanding. Only had 1 issue and it was resolved swiftly. Would recommend over anyone in Greenwood. Will buy all my future appliances here for sure.
