If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! Tried getting my 93 year old mother a walker with wheels today.. girl was rude!! I started to say that this is covered under my mom's insurance, before I finished girl talked over me and says NOPE! She told me only thing covered is walker with 2 wheels. Then I tell her not to be so rude by not letting me talk, as she's walking away she says she wasn't rude and went to the back. I can hear her talking about me in the back!! First off. Don't tell me what will be covered. I know my mom's insurance also don't sit and tell me you weren't talking about me in the back when I can hear you around the corner!! Awful place!

We had started looking online for a transport chair and were puzzled by the large number of alternatives. A visit with Ashley at the Osseo office was fantastic. She took the time to explain the differences and showed us several chairs. As a result of her explanation, we looked online some more and, after about a month of looking, chose a Medline and ordered it from Corner Home Medical. Katie helped us with the purchase and, again, explained everything about the chair and price. When the chair arrived Ashley again took time to go over everything about the chair. Wonderful customer service, reasonable price, and most of all lots of information. We really appreciate this resource. Thank you!

Hello Jan, thanks for your question. A suggestion might be to place a non-skid mat or grip pads of some sort underneath the chair to keep it from moving.
