I came into the store today around 3 I located a necklace I wanted to buy. I stand at the jewelry counter for 10 minutes while having a sales associate from the dressing room and one stocking cosmetics look at me multiple times. I finally call the store from my phone and ask for help at the counter. After another 5 minutes, the lady stocking cosmetics comes over and says I just thought you were looking I told her what I wanted she hands it to me. Its a $20 necklace. I have several things in my cart but as she hands it to me she says I will have to take it up front. I was not done with my shopping yet but decided I was done at this point. I put back the items I had and go to buy the necklace because it was for a special occasion and what my son’s girlfriend wanted. I get up front and the lady comes with the necklace and hands it to the manager who then starts looking at me like I was trying to steal something. I assure you I will mot ever steal anything much lesa a $20 costume piece of jewelry. The manager attempts to smooth over things but she has already done the damage. I will not ever come back into this store again. I usually shop there once a week but never again

TJ Maxx is my spot! I visit this location at least twice a week and can always find new things. Someone is always cleaning up and ensuring that the store looks neat. When lines get long, others are quick to pitch in.
