Customer service at this place is awesome. Very nice people. Sad to say, customer service on the phone, HORRIBLE!!! They can’t even help with a simple bill question. Then told me they will transfer me to somebody who can help. Put me on hold for way over 30 minutes, then come back and tells me again that they will transfer me to somebody who can help. Worst customer service while calling. I would not recommend TDS to anybody so they don’t have to deal with horrible phone customer service!!!!

Fast internet. HOWEVER, get ready for dealing with TERRIBLE customer service overseas. We have been on the phone for 45 minutes just to have our email address corrected. My husband was transferred to a 3rd person in the U.S. My husband had to take a work call. I got on the phone and after all that, they could not talk with me because I, the wife, am not authorized on the account. However, I hope the person who gets all the emails is authorized. I had to hang up. Good luck with customer service.

The only way to get BBC1 proper, outside of europe, is online. Continuum has BBC America on Ch 185 and BBC World News on Ch 186.
