Me and my husband signed papers this past Saturday to begin our house with Mr. Anthony Tilly so we’re not very far in the process but I am going to leave a review about the very small process so far and how Anthony has done an absolutely outstanding job helping us to pick out a house And customizing it to get everything I wanted to fit in. I am very impressed with him and his dedication to his job and how easy he made it for us to understand the process. he has been more than helpful and has just made our experience great already! I look forward to talking to him in the future, and To work with select homes on getting our house by the end of the year!

Our experience at Select Homes Mocksville was nothing but AMAZING!!! They have such beautiful showrooms on site! Not only that, the staff there was so kind and helpful. Anthony Tilley is so well educated and candid. He accommodated to the needs that my fiance and I wanted for our dream home. He exceeded our expectations when it came to asking questions about the home we wanted to build on our land. He definitely looks out for YOUR best interest. We absolutely cannot wait to move into our forever home. I highly recommend anyone wanting to build their dream home to go to Anthony Tilley at Select Homes in Mocksville!!

Took 5 trips or more looking at homes here was welcomed every time like we were family. Anthony is a no pressure salesman very polite and courteous. When we finally made our decision Anthony walked us through every step suggesting every plus & minus from the beginning to the end. Now we are in the process of starting the build and very excited can’t wait to walk into our new home! But our review doesn’t stop there Anthony really became more of a friend to us and during the process as it goes we text back and forth on the progress. Great place to do business with!!!!!

i talkes to Bob on the phone. very nice guy. when I got there Anthony was at the desk. nice at first. after we looked at the homes we wanted to ask a few questions. they dont seem like they have time to answer any unless you have a deed and paper work in hand. also when they say we have homes custom built to fit your budget, I assumed that meant any budget. We told him our budget was around 100,000 possible1up to 110,000. he just shook his head no and said you are looking around 120,000 for our lowest. well then they are not built to fit eveyones budget.
