I bought a 2012 Toyota Tacoma from here back in January. Ever since I’ve got it I’ve had nothing but issue. They claim to do all the maintenance to all their car but they don’t. When I got the car the oil was 10k over due, no power steering or brake fluid. The tires were bald and one of them had a big nail in it. Brake and rotor all worn out. Back brake have to be replaced. The tire sensor gave out too. The speed to control the a/c never worked. The alternator went bad. It’s just been issue after issue. I highly don’t recommend buying a car here. Our sale person was nice but the other guy was rude laughed at us when we tired to negotiate price on the truck due to all the maintenance work I would have to do to it. They don’t call back to make sure you’re happy with the purchase. No customer service

We were looking for an affordable 1 ton deisel 4x4 to pull our 5th wheel RV. Most of the trucks we found were overpriced and the pictures didn't show the issues (if any) the truck had. Right from the beginning, Carolina Direct Auto Sales was very open with their vehicle information and descriptions. We were a couple hours away from them and wanted to know if the trucks we were interested in were worth the time and trip. Ray helped us from start to finish. Ray is honest, easy to work with, great sense of humor and desire to sincerely help us get the lowest rate, best price and most truck for our money. Ray got us a rate half of what we were expecting. Got us a truck for almost $8,000 under blue book and stayed after hours to make sure everything was taken care of. The rest of the staff there was also amazing as the whole deal was put together. I will recommend Ray and the guys at Carolina Direct Auto Sales to everyone looking for a great vehicle for the best price and lowest rate I never expected. Thank you so much guys!

I would not recommend to purchase or do any business with this dealership. I purchased the car on 05/20/22 and on 06/4/22 the car shut off with my family out of town. I called and spoke with Paul who stated he would speak with Ryan and contact me by end of business day. After waiting 2 days with no response and no car I had to call again this time I spoke with Ryan who was/ has a very nasty and rude attitude. I explained to him calmly and nicely that I already purchased a new battery (because I was stuck out of town) and wanted to see what he could do abt the alternator. He tried to talk over me and say autozone doesn’t have quality parts and and I should buy a battery for $250. Again After waiting 2 days with no response and no car He said he could only give me $125 after I had already spend over $600 and only had the car for 16 days. He proceeded to say that I would have to sign a goodwill form/clause because he doesn’t have to help me even though this shows how he treats his customers. The previous reviews from FB, and online only confirms this mans character when there is a issue with his cars. After I explained to him I would accept the $125 only if he signed paper confirming the original value of the alternator, if it’s new/used, and any warranty for within 30 days of getting the alternator and he again got very upset and nasty. This is not how you treat your customers. I declined the $125 because of his character and behavior. Also because he knows there are issues with the cars he has you sign a form to cover his self. If you want to save the headache from spending more money and being disrespected I would take your business elsewhere. Seriously.

Purchased my Honda CRV from Ray & Paul and it was a wonderful experience. Ray helped guide me in the direction of the car that best fit my lifestyle, and I absolutely love it! Financing here is easier than any other car dealership I’ve been to in the past. What really impressed me though is that after I drove the car off the lot, I realized the AC wasn’t working properly. I reached out to Ray and he was very understanding, and fixed the problem for me free of charge. Knowing they care about their customers even after the purchase is made is what seals the deal for me — this dealership is GREAT! They truly care about their customers, and are extremely professional & knowledgeable about what they do. I highly recommend.
