Positive: It has a kitchenette. Negative: First and foremost, they never bring clean bed & bath linens so you have to go to office in attempt to get your own.they tell you there are none clean to come back in 2 hours. That then turns into 2 days later..

NO!!! There was urine around the toilet, the tub had black feet prints and hair in it, the counter and sink were dirty. The floor was sticky. I spilled water and cleaned it up the paper towel was black. We were supposed to be in a Non-smoking Handicapp room. Someone had been chain smoking in it and it was not Handicapped. The Front Desk was apologetic.Refunded 1 night of 7. Said house keeping would be in to clean. We went to visit family, came back several hrs later, NOTHING had been touched. We had to go buy cleaner a mop and bucket and clean ourselves.

Positive: The room was all right; reasonably clean. Negative: The grounds were very dirty; needed to be swept. The ¿breakfast¿ consisted of nothing fresh¿coffee only with a few pre-packaged items; no juice. The Tv in the room did not work, and the office manager said he could do nothing.

This is a very low budget motel with the Extended Stay name slapped on the building; they should be ashamed to have their name associated with this location. There is no way that this motel should be priced more than $40-50 a night. The door didn't even close good in the room - there was no way it was securely closed - cold air was coming in through the gap in the door. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the guests blasting music like at the club. Also, the motel is located off the interstate and you can hear ALL the street noise, people talking right outside their rooms, cars driving by on the highway, and loud music. The rooms smelled smokey and outside smelled like smoke as well, which was triggering to my allergies. This motel is in desperate need of an upgrade. For an extended stay here you will need to bring everything you need - they didn't even have hangers in the closet to hang your clothes. Even though the attendant told me there was a coffee maker in the room, there was not a coffee maker or utensils. I have stayed at extended stays before that were well kept and very nice; this was NOT it. Ultimately, my son and I didn't feel safe here and ended up leaving and finding another hotel that suited our safety expectations and comfort level. I was willing to chalk up the loss of money and find a place where I could actually go to sleep in a quiet and safe place. If you aren't concerned for your safety and plan to stay up all night listening to other people's music, then this is the place for you, otherwise book somewhere else.
