Over $450 for 2 hours work. That's $225/hour. Never again.

Jason was punctual and even waited on me as I was running an errand. He handled the problem with no issues. I would recommend him as a tech. My issue is with the cost. Over $300 for about 30 minutes and the use of a commercial grade snake. I could have done it if I had the equipment. The preset cost seem unreasonable for what was done. Next time I will rent the equipment first.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for “ just part of the invoice for the excavation the detection of the leak and the put back for the cement not the entire invoice”. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn’t generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.

They Missed our first appointment together. I wasn't too upset cuz I know things happen. Spoke with a very nice lady on the phone at their company. My first contact was with a gentleman that told me they don't charge to come out to give an estimate. That's because they don't give one. I got home and the technician just "fixed it" and handed my wife a bill for $250. He told my wife if it was anything more they didn't do that kind of work or maybe he didn't in the company and somebody else would, on that I am slightly confused. I told them on the phone my neighbor simply ran over the pop-up drain at the street connected to my French Drain and water was now pooling, I was concerned it was cracked underneath. So it wasn't like he was coming out to my house not knowing what was going on. Showed up, put some rocks under it to bring it up slightly of course it's on a terrible angle putting pressure on the pipe underneath it since it's Underground and now probably cracked. Was there 15 minutes for $250 and told my wife that we would probably have to call somebody else to fix it the right way. Great service, great communication, great pricing.... none of that is applicable to this company from what I experienced.

Questions & Answers

Why do my drains gurgle?

Ed Miller | Aug 23, 2022
Zoom Drain | Aug 23, 2022

This is typically a symptom of a clogged sewer line. Gurgling is due to the drainage system “gasping” for air, and it’s a sure sign that the system is at least partially clogged. It’s important to call our team of drain and sewer experts so that we can address the problem before a blockage and system overflow occurs. We’re equipped to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly before it worsens to minimize both your stress and the repair cost.

Can you help with recurring drain problems?

Zoom Drain | Aug 23, 2022

Recurring blockages or clogs that are very difficult to clear could indicate a more significant problem than a simple clog. If you experience frequent clogs in your home or place of business, it may be because your pipes are failing or they simply need to be properly cleaned. A video inspection is most often needed to find the source of the recurring problem.
