We waited 4 1/2 hours to finally get our car. Told them at 2 yes, this is the car I want. Everyone kept saying another 20 minutes when that wasn’t true. Salesperson wasn’t overly enthusiastic. Nothing really moved fluid. Seemed disorganized. At 6:30 when we were finally done they could have pulled up our car out front. Some guy said morries will pay for your gas next time we r up? We live in Rochester it’s not like we r ever in this area.
