There are a few things I can say about this complex. The only good thing the size of the apartments and the fact that the pools FINALLY opened after 3 years. The women in the rent office are rude and rarely EVER answer the phone. Shauna was the only good person in the rent office and now she’s gone. But I can’t really blame her. They lock your account so you can’t pay your rent online or through the app then when you go to find out why it’s locked, they say it’s because your rent was late but when you show proof of on time payments, no one can explain why your account was locked in the first place. They were supposed to call once they found out why it was locked, never heard a word. The amount of mold and dust in these apartments no matter how much you bleach and clean is unreal. Bugs, HUGE bugs get in. Floors are at an incline from lack of repairs & so much more that I don’t have time to post.

Arrowood crossing apartments has been the best apartments I have found in Charlotte when I first moved in they helped me with that whole process Iesha is the best excellent customer service great communication answers properly and always has a smile and great attitude about helping whenever I need help with something or my apartment needs something they help me really quick I really do recommend moving here quiet area great neighbors clean apartments. Applying For a new home can be very stressful but thank GOD I found Ieatsha Dennis at arrowood crossing she has made this experience nothing but the best very helpful answered all my questions never got upset ( I asked a lot of questions ) this place is awesome 10 out of 10 would recommend. I am so grateful I found his place just in time to have a home for the holiday.
