Is there a secret to know if/when the doors will be locked? I live fairly close, ordered online to pick up in store as I was just going to walk. Came to the store and the doors were locked, this was around 11am. The drive thru was open, no one would open the doors nor answer the phone considering I WALKED there to pick up my order, so I had to walk home, get in my car, then wait in the drive thru line to pick up my order. That whole experience was absurd. How is someone supposed to know when ordering on the app for instore pick up that the doors will be locked when they see fit. Clearly they don't want to deal with instore customers. Disable instore pick up if that is how you are going to choose to do business.

This place says its closes at 8PM but is always closed by 5PM. Very unprofessional no wonder Starbucks is taking you guys out of buisness.

(2022)Horrible customer service and they never wash there hands. I do not recommend coming here at all ever. Even if it’s the last Dunkin open. The manager is also horrible , doesn’t help at all. They all have a nasty attitude.

Too many Red Flags 🚩to name. Never going again. From finding Things yes things in my drinks, HORRIBLE customer service and missing or wrong items. This location needs New Management
