Positive: I felt safe, breakfast was very good, room was quiet, staff very helpful and pleasant . I was given Wi-Fi connection when signing in. Had trouble getting tv to turn on¿ could have called desk, but didn¿t. Parking was easy and convenient to entra Negative: Room was a bit dark; lights helped but overall, it was dark.

Quiet and clean room. Responded to extra request in a reasonable amount of time. Breakfast buffet was good- hot things hot. Cinnamon rolls were warm and good. But the best part was the comfortable beds and quiet room.

Stayed here the night before an AM flight to Florida, for a stress free morning... taff was amazingly friendly, very helpful, and welcoming! My room had everything I needed to enjoy a relaxing evening, knowing that my shuttle would take me right over to the airport, so no need to worry about fighting traffic from the Poconos into Allentown. I plan to stay here any time I need to travel...

Staff was friendly and helpful. Really good employees. Breakfast selection looked AMAZING! And staff was restocking it constantly. But I wasn't hungry. Only had tea. They even have lemon (liquid on a packet) and honey for my tea! Best hotel tea ever!
