It should never take 45 minutes at a drive thru window. Instead of saying the teller made a mistake lets just keep the customer waiting and not answer the call button. So I wave to get another tellers attention (to check after 15 min that they haven't forgot about me) and she waves back. You can't make this nonsense up. Please don't bother responding were sorry this happened with "we would like to follow up"

Cap com has been great to me. They financed my first auto loan when other banks wouldn't even look at me and most recently, they gave me the lowest rate I could find for my new vehicle. With this recent loan I will say I have had an account with them for about 8 years but even still; I have referred several friends and family members to capcom. I personally would highly recommend but, keep in mind the rates you're offered are based on your personal credit report / history! For that (not to sound like the commercial) "you should check credit karma" 😄 which I also recommend. Hope this helps!!
