We spent five days in the Townhouse as we explored New River Gorge National Park; Hinton is a scenic 1.5 hr drive to iconic New River Gorge Bridge and only 20 mins from hiking and a waterfall. This property is a GEM in Hinton. It’s a very nicely updated, clean, and well-maintained historic home on a quiet street that is footsteps from downtown. The hosts were super accomodating and easy to work with on checkin and our needs while there.

I had to edit this review. Despite all of the good things to say twice after consecutive stays they have come into the bank account and taken money. I do not dispute the debt. But 4 weeks and 7 weeks after a stay to have over $100 withdrawn from the account causes a bit of pique. A hidden gen in West Virginia. Clean well appointed accommodations with fantastic staff! Let me try to tell you about them. Vicki the Manager is so very friendly & helpful as well as knowledgable that if you git a question she will help. Kathy & the cleaning staff keep it spic&span clean. Kim at OTTER&OAK bent over backwards to assist. She suggested our first meal at THE MARKET where we met McKenzie & Cheyenne. Both are great people.

A very beautiful place for a party. Clean with a nice kitchen and plenty of room and nice restroom.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in! 19th century charm with 21st century luxury. Very clean and well kept. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
