Things have improved greatly I have a loved one staying here. The new office manager Amanda is very caring and is on top of things I was very unimpressed before but things have gotten better.

I was overcharged in application fees. I was approved and assigned a specific apartment. (Unit 880 apt 34), and paid the $50.00 hold fee. I was allowed to view and fumigate the unit, spending over $20.00 of my own money. I purchased a new living room set based on being assigned to the apartment unit. Only to have the unit snatched from me unjustly. Intermark management doesn't care about tenants. They're about penny pinching and cutting corners.
