Pretty place but they’re extremely rude. My friend and I wanted to get nails done together. I got there before she did and they were treating me like I was stupid saying that I needed to start getting my nails done before she got there because they might not have availability later. The place was EMPTY. Plus, so what if I want to wait for my friend? That’s my problem, you don’t need to be rude about it. For a nail “spa,” they should understand that getting your nails done is meant to be an experience, not a “task.” Same goes for people who go get coffee at Starbucks instead of brewing it at home. I walked out before giving them my money. It wasn’t worth the disrespect.

They suck!!!! Especially the male manager. I didn’t want to leave any stars, but I had to select one to write a comment. I entered this establishment at 1:47, the receptionist told me 45 minutes. I entered my information as a new customer and informed the receptionist I’d be back. I l returned at 2:35. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist, if I’d be next? She directed me to the manager. I spoke with the manager, stating that the receptionist told me 45 minutes and how much longer and I noticed that I walked in with several ladies and they were serviced before me. The manager lied and said they were here before. I know that was not true. I asked if a polish change was not priority? He proceeded to ask me if I knew who they were? He then said that they are the number 1 nail salon in the county. Needless to say I will NEVER RETURN, number in the county or not. The managers customer service was curt and distasteful. The receive no stars. I felt racially profiled. :(

My appointment was at 10 am. After having me sit with my feet in water for almost an hour, they came over and asked if someone else could do my pedicure. I said okay. While Anthony was doing my pedicure, Dion (my appointment showed up). When I got to the station for my nails, he was working with someone else and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. When I went to check out, I was inform that there was an increase in price (I was there 3 weeks prior) and I was charged an additional $15 for gel polish on my toes which no one told me until after it was done. I made no argument, I paid the $105 for what normally costs me $85 and indicated I would be back shortly with cash for the tip. When I returned, the manager (one with blonde like hair) was rude. 3.5 hours & $125 leaving not feeling valued or appreciated. I do like the work they did but their service sucks! What’s the point in making an appointment? I will not be returning to this salon. Update: as you can see from the owner’s response, she lacks interpersonal communication skills and business acumen. I love my Nail Tech Wendy but I will not be going back there. As you can see from the owner’s comment/reply that she lacks business acumen & interpersonal skills. How many businesses owners are ready to clap back versus making it right? I have NOT been back
