Entered the store with a simple question. The elderly gentleman behind me had the exact same need, and he was assisted through the entire process immediately while I was left to speak with a Verizon rep, (only after it was my “turn” behind 2-3 other ppl), who was less than competent. I was given zero assistance until the man working with me finally went to find out from the man who had already assisted the older man who had since left the store. I was again directed to the same website with not much more assistance. Moral of the story, the males were eager to help the elderly gentleman/man. I was left to wait my turn, despite announcing to two different reps that the man behind me had the same exact need that I did, assuming they’d be eager to assist us both simultaneously. If Verizon requires a third party verification site to confirm military service, then Verizon reps should be able to better walk veterans through the process. I don’t know why walking into the store with all valid military proof of retirement and honorable discharge shouldn’t be enough to accomplish someone going into my acct and manually verifying. The emails they send asking veterans to re-verify has a link that is not accessible, so again, after multiple attempts on my own, I have no idea why it can’t be done manually by a Verizon employee! There must be SOME process where this can be done, otherwise I’m sure the man behind me wouldn’t have been gone within 5 mins of being assisted while I was still left fumbling. Disgusting that these men blatantly ignored my needs in favor of another male who shouldn’t have been helped until after I was assisted. This location has been terrible every single time I’ve entered, but sadly, there aren’t any other locations I can access as readily. My quick trip in to take care of something and keep my day moving only left me frustrated and reminded me that gender discrimination is still very much present. Get it together Verizon! This entire location needs an employee overhaul.

Unhelpful. Go into the store for them to tell you to call yourself for help or just order the phone online. If I wanted to wait forever for someone to help me on the phone and still not get it right I wouldn't have bothered to go into the store. I guess unless you are prepared to do everything online you won't accomplish anything. Edit: three days after I have come into the store and done everything that I was supposed to do calling and verifying online, the initial request I made is still not done. No one can tell me when it will be done and I'm unable to get a new phone until this is processed. I would have been better off switching to a completely different carrier then continuing to deal with people who are grossly unhelpful.

A terrible place to be! If you can avoid Verizon, then do so. Working for them was hell. The 7 years I worked there I endured harassment/ racism and I will never be the same. This company is a lie.

I went to this branch on September 28th at 04.00pm or 5.00pm to get information about switching my carrier without changing my number. Also, I wanted to get information about buying a new phone with trade-in. There was a black guy whose name is DaMond or something like that. He was impatient. And even he can understand from my accent that I am foreigner. (I am from Europe.) Sometimes, I cannot understand telecommunication terms. I was asking him and he was kinda angry and nervous and emphazing his words rudely. I dont understand, If you are having bad day, dont go to work. So then, YOU WILL NOT RUIN PEOPLE’s MOOD AND THEIR DAY. Friendly advice. Take that. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HERE.

You can enter the store with a mask. They have hand sanitizer for customer use after touching phones
