Well I have been going here a couple of months now. It's pretty much hit and miss. Well thats only my experience. The shop is beautiful yes but the service doesn't match the building. The best part for me are the woman at the front desk and the nice lady that does the cleaning. Bless their hearts. Everytime I come it's an issues from filing my toes to far down leaving sores to them not understanding I said FILL IN not full set and cutting my actual nails off then getting mad at me because he couldn't read🤷🏾‍♀️ or showing them a design and then they saying they can't do it.. Maybe it's me but the attitudes and side looks at customers isn't okay. Trust me we might not understand what you are saying but people know when you are being disrespected. Just wish them the best and understand people work to hard for their money to not get what you are paying for and the ill attitudes.

I had an appointment that was not honored & when I went back to get my eyebrows done the receptionist ask two workers to do them & they weren't busy & told her thet didn't feel like doing eyebrows... So I haven't been back ever since
