This place is really inconsistent. Sometimes the orders are quick and accurate. Other times they take an absurd amount of time and are off, although lately its been more bad than good. I can think of at least a half dozen times over the last few months where I waited over a half hour after my mobile order was supposed to be ready. I've also experienced some very nice staff, and some very unfriendly staff, although the latter seems to be a result of being under staffed and over worked. After the last time I went and waited nearly 45 minutes for 1 ice coffee, I've been going over to the Watt st. Starbucks instead. I think its worth the extra 5 minute drive for the reliability.

Ordered a drink and they charged full price but when I got to the window they were out of half the ingredients for the drink itself and gave be a half done drink? My fiancé got a frappe and they gave us a cup that was covered in syrup and coffee on the outside of the cup. The store clearly doesn’t care what it hands out to customers

I just took my last visit to this Starbucks. I did a mobile order to pick up at drive-through. I am two cars from the pick-up window and told them I ordered 10min ago for drive-through pick-up. I was told I MUST walk in or get a refund , as they are too busy at the drive-through. ---hello, I'm two cars from the window. Also, in the past year, I have ordered a cappuccino at this location and got home to find out I just received a 100% hot milk drink... with no espresso in it. I will take my business elsewhere.
