I've lived here going on 2 years. My neighbors and I don't see ourselves moving anytime soon. This place is such a steal! Heat & hot water is included! Most 1 bedrooms start below $1,000! Insanely convenient location! There are pros & con's to anywhere you decide to live but this is definitely a good place.

Love this place! Quiet and relaxing. My apartment is beautiful, painted in nice colors. Love my apartment. Call the office they are very accommodating, things are fixed right away. Neighbors are friendly. So close to everywhere. Very pleasant outside, nice pool. Great walking area. Love that they supply heat and hot water. Safe at night. Happy to be here, feel at home.

I highly recommend deer valley. Hot water and heat are included and pet friendly. Quiet nature setting in the dead end road. Such a good place to live that once people move in they stay for years and years then the neighbors become their second family to each other. Safe place for children. Gym, tennis court, swimming pool or just simply walk to make fun memories peacefully. Office ladies and maintanance guys are good nature people who are so sweet and kind.

I have had to leave after only being here a year but was very sad to go. I will miss the quiet, the woods surrounding the complex, watching the birds, seeing deer. Nicole, Mary and Kayla in the office have always been pleasant to work with. All maintenance issues were handled promptly and courteously. They even painted my apartment prior to moving in! My apartment was completely renovated. I did have a problem with my fridge but that was handled. They allowed me to have my dog Reggie which a lot of apartments won't. I rented the lodge for a baby shower and all my guests were impressed, a lovely venue. I would heartily recommend Deer Valley to all, singles to families. Pool and basketball courts for the kids, dog park coming. And accessible to both Thruway and Northway and all kinds of shopping/restaurants. It's the best of both worlds. If fate allows, I'll be back!
