Over the past week 18 months my rent has been raised from $1550 to $1757 with an extension of $1900 at minimum. Heritage Village speaks about lease flexibility when there is none, only extensions and options at higher lower price. False advertising at its best, management continues to say its the market when there are multiple apartments around the area hosting prices below $1500 with the same sq. feet and privileges.

Maintenance team is fantastic and most of the staff are good specially Lena. One rating is only for property manager Cheryl McNamara. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, drunk on power and arrogance, disrespectful, insensitive to tenants need and have only one objective - harass tenant and make money. You talk to anyone in the property and most of them would agree to my observation. I would highly recommend future tenants to avoid any discussion with her and rather talk to other members of the team. I would also suggest to not to get intimidated by her attitude and if required, make a complaint to authorities. My patio door was not fixed for 6+ months but the day I complained to authorities, it was changed same day. There are several examples like this. All the above experiences have been shared in my personal capacity after spending almost 4 years in building 222.
