I recently interviewed with this company,, interview went well,, they allowed me to tour the place and specifically send me out the door with a "I will talk to my team and get back to you worh a possible start date," mind you it's definitely a family business because all I saw was for lack of better words Latina has taken this location over,, but I didn't want to per-judge the way every eye did me as I walked through the tour,, it baffles me how we allow people to dictate whether we can provide for our families,, dangles a position perfect for my schedule and they call an hour later and say they're going with someone else, , I took it upon myself to leave a follow up voicemail to try and see where things went wrong,, no response,, if you're not Latinos don't apply the hiring manager has their preferences dont be fooled by the pepper flakes they get paid to diversify, , guess they met their quota..and I hate to pull this card but it's true,, they are holding the jobs and keeping certain people jobless..
