So far I've been coming to this dealer for the past 15years and even though at times there's small issues here and there, they always managed to take care of my family and I. From service department to sales department. Laurence in service always greets people with a smile, positivity, and willingness to help. I work at Mercedes-Benz down the street, and having someone like him receiving costumers goes a long way as to how people's attitude goes towards the rest of their experience inside a dealer

Responding to the owner by phone, the phone number provided has a recording indicating "unable to complete the call". So much for having a phone conversation. My one star to your establishment is due to the arrogance and lack of care to your clients by some of your service department. I had an emergency, and wanted to leave my car for you to see it at your early convenience. However, the young man sitting on the front of the door, slightly to the right had no interest to my situation and acted as an automated machine. The only thing he kept repeating was "you need an appointment". I explained what the problem is. Of course he didn't care. "you need an appointment". The conversation didn't last. I left to one of your competitors. I was greeted and I was helped that day. Yes, they will prefer an appointment, however, based on the situation, they didn't hesitate to help me. And that, is customer service, something that your establishment does not have. And for that, I will never visit your location. Why? because I have options.

I brought the car in for a diagnostic and any needed repair. The good news is that seems to have been done capably and fairly quickly. The bad news is that when I went in to pick up the car, per a text advising the work was completed, it was a free for all: first the service desk mixed me up with someone else, then I was told the car wasn't ready, then I was told someone else had already taken my car, then I was told the repair hadn't been done. I've probably omitted some details that make this even more bizarre. And all the while others in line are waiting and there's only one person manning the desk at lunch hour, when you should expect customer traffic. So, your service dept back office needs some recalibration.

great place to buy a car, I was never rushed into making a decision and was treated with respect. hats of to Rene for answering my calls even after finalizing the sale, I look forward to doing business here again. Great job guys I felt like I was talking to childhood friends.
