Alex was the nicest, most honest and transparent salesman I have ever spoken to at a dealership. He price matched a vehicle I had seen at another location but was very far away, and gave me an out-the-door final quote even over text so I could be assured that there would be no shadiness when I walked in. He greeted me professionally but kindly and had us go on a long test drive to really get a feel for the car, and gave me a full rundown of all the specs. He worked hard with his manager to get me the best deal possible and made sure I wasn’t paying for any unnecessary “add ons” that would increase the price outside of my budget. Although I ended up not purchasing a vehicle today as I found a different color elsewhere which I had liked better for the same price, Alex gave me such outstanding service that I couldn’t recommend coming here enough.

This the worst dealership and repair place you can go. My car has a transmission issue. It's been in here for a month and no one called, no status, no updates. Called them and never returned call. Came to the dealer to check, they said it's done and nothing was wrong. Clearly they didn't look into the issue. Transmission was slipping, can't catch gear. Oh my god. A month and still have no news from them. 3 service desk with no body here. The waiting time is horrible just to get to speak to someone. If you need service, please take it to a different dealership.

Spoke with salesman named Chris for 2 days negotiating a price for a car. After reaching a deal, providing him my insurance info etc. I told him I’d leave immediately and drive over 80 miles to get there. He called me 30 minutes later as I was on my way and told me someone else bought the car. I truly feel the car was not sold but rather he could not honor the deal we agreed upon. Typical salesman.

David, I understand your position. However, I want you to know that 98% of our 50 employees are first generation immigrants. Also, please consider my position, how do I control my employees on their off time. This is a very unfortunate incident and Val Garcia should not of said what she said to a fellow Hispanic. I do see how Val could of been upset though, witnessing a older woman and her grandchild crossing the road in Costco parking lot, in the pedestrian crosswalk and being clipped by a car. This is what started the verbal confrontation. I am sorry to you and the world that this took place and want everyone to know that, as a first generation Immigrant, I would not want to be told to go back to my country. I am very sorry for her words.
I think they do. Thought i saw one on the lot, and one in the show room. Call them. Keep in mind it's a very small dealership. Think Keyes hyundai has plenty of them. They do give good deals. If you decide to go there, look for Ruby Chu, a dealer there. She's excellent!!
Buy tires from Costco, best deals!
Ask them, I mean service people from Glendale Hyundai, or use to body service(Collision Center)
I recommend continental tire. Very soft and drive 80K miles. You can buy on any tire shop.
Shop around, you will get shafted there.
