Service was really good. After leaving Home Depot and Menards because nobody cared to help us with a refrigerator. We had service immediately at AC Carlson. Price was in the ball park as well. All questions were answered professionally and delivery went smoothly.

Bought a new fridge. Prices were comparable. Fascinating antiques in the entryway. Sales guy was okay. They gave no deal, and charged for delivery, recycling, and installation. We were burnt out after too many stores and just said f<#& it. Best place, maybe not, but they did get the sale.

I grew up going to A/C Carlson with my family to meet our home appliance needs. Against my better judgement, and out of desperation I got a fridge from a local box store, only to need to cycle through 3 more before pulling the plug on them. Lynne was incredibly understanding and helpful. She met all of the needs on my checklist and was very patient in the process (I admit I was frazzled with the ordeal leading up to my visit.) I should have followed my initial instinct and cut to the chase, though the other company facilitated the 3 consecutive sales, A/C Carlson and Lynne saved the day. We live out a ways, and knowing I can count on them gives me no reason to even question where to go in the future. Delivery was great too, very personable guys! Thank you for showing true class and customer care!
