I called to make an appointment on sept 6 and was asked for my contact info , and told I would be given a call back . was never contacted through my info but a different number that I did not give them access or info on . And when finally contacted back no appointment was set . They wasted my time and I had a hard time admitting I needed help in the first place . Every time I called I received the voicemail service . They aren’t trying to help anyone from the way simple things are being handled like MAKING AN APPOINTMENT!

How can you deny people help when that’s what your job is. Don’t make a commitment in a career in counseling when you won’t actually help anyone. Please do yourself a favor and find an actual counseling service who is there to actually help people.

If I could give no stars I would. I have been jerked around for weeks waiting on an appointment. I struggled to get myself up emotionally enough to even admit i needed help and ask to make an appointment. After calling then 4 times and leaving messages I was told last week she would call back with an appointment. Still no call as of today so I call back and now they say they can’t take my benefits. They’ve “decided not to honor those any longer, even though they are listed as a provider of the website. One person even told me they may not take insurance at all in the future. Im sure they can make more money if they make people pay out of pocket. When we wonder why the mental health system is broken, start here. Where is the help for those that finally have the strength to ask for it?
