They’ve placed traffic cones making it one lane. People bring a month’s worth of trash and take their time carrying bags from their vehicles to bins one at a time. I now pay for curbside pickup!

Yes you can. They have an appliance area to the right right after you pull in.

Yes, if the bin is not full. If it is full there will be a closed sign on it but I don't think that happens very often as all bins are emptied often.
