They didn’t vacuum very good. Had to go somewhere else and do it myself. Seats still had a bunch of pet hair on them. Felt like they just very quickly did a one time comb over on the vacuuming.

I'm not sure what everyone is griping about. This is a great spot with extremely friendly service. I wanted a $20 car wash in 10 minutes and that's exactly what they delivered. Sure, it wasn't totally spotless, but that's not what I wanted to wait for, and certainly not what I paid for. They offer more deluxe packages for that level of detail. Overall my car was 90% cleaner and I was driving out before even finishing my coffee. Thanks guys!

I have used this car wash for years and until recently it has been very reliable. The last 2 times I’ve been there my vehicle has been damaged. The whole side of my jeep is scratched and will need to be buffed out. I chalked that up to a one off, but today they used something on my leather that has damaged it. I will not return and I would not recommend to fellow consumers. Not sure if there is new ownership or what is going on. Beware!
