They where quick and did a good job even with the old dirty stuff. Even got here way earlier which was so nice I didn't have to waste a while Saturday. Being that I am in Minnesota October 22nd and is suppose to be in the 70 today.
Yes they have an acidic rinse and bio enzyme that are both used to treat pet stains. Was $30 each for each room. So i did both for $60 in one room and just the bio enzyme in another room for $30.
Do they use brushes/bristles with their cleaning equipment?

I had issues with dog dander in my vents. Zerorez installed a air purifier in my furnace! I have not used my furnace or air-conditioning yet! But I believe it will be the answer!
How soon can you walk on the carpet after zerorez cleans it?

Hi. My elderly mother has an appointment with Zerorez to clean here carpet and possibly area rugs in May. My question is: would you be able to stretch the carpet to take out a couple of low ridges? We want to avoid any trips and falls do to these.
