I like the clothing selection, thus the two stars. I spend quite a bit. However, I am concerned about the customer service. I do not believe customers are now saying "great customer service." The cashiers do not make eye contact and do not say a word. They just grab and process your clothing items. On my last 3 visits, they appear silent and stern, processing one customer after the next. Only asking for payment! Nordstrom...Please improve your business model as it will deter customers from returning. Maybe that's why it seems less busy.

The place does have very good bargains but you do have to look for them otherwise, prices are still on the expensive side as they do carry luxury brand name products. Be careful though. You might purchase more than what you originally planned. It was not very crowded when I was there. Not as crazy and messy as Ross shops. The cashier was very courteous. The bathroom and fitting rooms are clean. Will definitely return.
