They've got their work cut out for them, but this can be a nice in city park. They need to install a gate with a code so no loitering will be present. Do a half hour patrol nightly around the park. Also walking the 1/4 mile to the front desk isn't particularly simple or acceptable. I'm sure it stops older couples especially from patronizing. Essentially just make it a bit more safe and accessible and it would be at least 4 stars. The washrooms and laundry facilities are great.

The bathrooms were extremely clean the park grounds were very clean and it was very easy access to Fremont Street which is our favorite place to go. You do Park pretty close to other people so be prepared for that otherwise it was a great place to stay

Drew ... was there a need to call someone and idiot for asking a question? I have slept in my suburban in rv parks and truck stops. Alan, I don't know the answer, but I wouldn't recommend it. We didn't feel totally safe there, there is no shade (a few trees with long timers in those spaces). Good across the street and use the parking garage.
Park in the rv lot, then we walked over to Mainstreet and checked in like a hotel guest. They tell you your space number and everything else you need for your stay.
NEVER I THINK!!!
I never used the laundry however it is a fun place to stay!
Have to contact the landlord/ manager who owns it , I'm not sure
Main Street casinos pay and book at Main Street Station Casino

You can walk over to 3rd and Fremont. The SDX bus is $6 two hours or $8 for 24 hours unlimited rides. Very quick and goes from Fremont to the main strip
You should be looking into mobile home parks, not casino RV parking unless you want to be moving around. They are not designed for living at.
147 a week includes water sewer shower rooms. U can only stay 30 days and then have to leave for 7 dsys.
There are pull through spaces. But the allowed width is not enough to put out an awning. Just a parking lot with electric and water. There are bathroom facilities.
I have foreign friends whom stay here 2x per year. No issues at all with homeless.
Why yes there are. Just to let you know though if you have pop out the spaces are very small and security can be quite nosy and annoying
Depending on your space # as in pull through, back in and location to the shower/bathrooms, if you have pets(s) and if there's a special event going on or not, anywhere from $24 - $40 a night. All have full hook-ups for power and sewer. No wi-fi. Although with price, closeness and cleanliness, newly remodeled shower house and laundry w/ 24 hour security, you just can't beat it. We live here and instead of getting rooms for a "stay-cation" and paying for a dog sitter to party downtown, it's all we do now. If you can walk 2 blocks to Fremont St, than it's the only way to go and our house is only 5 miles away with a few dollar Uber ride. It's especially great when family and friends in town and they are staying downtown. There's the gist of the hidden gem in all of LV. Lol. I hope I didn't give too much away. Never had a problem getting the space I want and better not now! ;)
Make sure you don't have even the smallest little drip or leak in your water line. It is illegal to let water touch the ground in Vegas. Person came around and handed out fines to people who had any signs of water around their RV. One guy washed his whole trailer then immediately left.
