Why is the music so loud in this store? I've asked repeatedly for the volume to be lowered and management seems unresponsive! I shop quickly- rarely try on until I get home which results in returns. TOO LOUD!

It's one of those things where the customer is always right. Either they turn it down or you shop elsewhere.. ?
