Food was good but waited 2 hours for Fish and Chips, understood if it had been busy but that was not the case. not much impressed this visit.

The refrigerator and microwave in the room were a nice convenience, but room-service would also been a nice offering if it were available.

The room has nice painting. The bed was awesome but the heater didn’t work and No Hot water. so I ask them to change me to another and they did but the room was dirty so I ask the to clean it. And they said they normally don’t clean the room or change the sheets because of Covid. So disappointed and discussed. So never again will we rent there.

The room was decent. Could have been cleaner, have a working fart fan in the tub room, and a non-dripping faucet at the sink. But the bed was very comfortable and the heater quiet. Didn't see the office people because they were hidden behind a very dark glass at the night window. Understandable. But no free breakfast as advertised. P.o'd about that.
