Everything depends on the car you want to choose. The best thing would be to call the place or go directly to be informed.

If you are planning to rent ahead or 1 or 2 weeks is better you could find better deals,you just go to Google and search rent a car and there you will find deal from many agencies,but don't expect to find good deals if it is from one day or next day rent, not always but if you will need the car 3,4 etc. More chances to find a good deal. And try to go for agencies like enterprise they have unlimited miles. And it is cheaper to rent and ahead. Hope this helps
Depends on the car size, model and availability. You have to call them to make a reservation. They require a credit card no debit cards accepted and the credit cards holder has to be the driver and only that person can drive the car.
You should always check before you do a walk in because if it's a small location like the one on Kennedy Blvd they may not always have cars available.
