Terrible experience at this med spa. I went in for some touch up botox and explained that on my face we have to do light botox. I have a max of 30 units total or else it is too much and that’s for my forehead and under eyes combine. The injector went on about their system and stated that in order for them to give me botox I would have to go along with the exact amount that they do on everyone, being about 56 units in total. I explained that I did not need or want that many units and they refused to treat me unless I did it their way. Other than being inflexible and not listening to the client it all just seems very money hungry. They are charging a high premium for each unit as well. I definitely do not recommend this facility. I’ve been getting Botox for about 8 years, this is by far my worst experience ever.

I had an amazing and relaxing facial from Destini today. She has such a calm and soothing demeanor. I don’t get the opportunity to treat myself often, but this was so worth my time and my skin looks alive again.

As always it was very pleasant like going to a spa. Today I listened in on the receptionist and I was highly impressed with her phone skills. Very warm and welcoming!
